HOW WE STARTED
A lifetime in hospitality and a love of incredible food sparked the sweet beginnings of Naples Chocolate Factory (NCF).
Our founder Rob, a former hotelier, drew inspiration from London’s Borough Market and brought that magic to Southwest Florida. Today, NCF’s juicy local strawberries, coated in luxurious tempered couverture chocolate, are a show-stopping favorite under the Naples sunshine.
